Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the legal aspects related to the acquisition of goods/services by the government through electronic transactions. Electronic transactions have become an increasingly common method used in procurement by government entities, but their legal impacts still require deeper understanding. The research method involves analysis of laws, regulations, and policies related to the acquisition of government goods/services through electronic transactions. The research also involves case studies to understand the practical implementation of the relevant legal aspects. With a deeper understanding of the legal aspects in the acquisition of goods/services through electronic transactions, it is hoped that this research can provide recommendations for improving or perfecting existing regulations.
